Summary: 
Grants a character a canonical human form.

Human forms can possess the character's exact traits like horns, wings etc, stylized legs or is fully human. The character can control how much of their body becomes human-like. The human form should not have any traits that the main form of the character does not possess.

Description:
A very rare crystal embedded in a carefully woven knot creates this special item. The crystal is known as a Soul Gem, a mysterious item that can reveal one's true nature. When worn by a Aphex, Dephx or Kiku, the gem will turn to the colour of their blood. Once activated, the wearer can shift between their normal form and a human form. Soul knots come in various styles and colours, but the crystal itself is extremely rare. Because of this, there are many counterfeit soul knots on the market that contain a regular quartz.

Gives any species the ability to have hooves on their back two legs. These hooves can be any type of equine hooves. The addition of these hooves does not alter the normal leg anatomy of the species, it only adds the hoof instead of the default foot.

Allows a change in anatomy in regards to the arms and legs. This includes pincers and bug-like claws to be added to the hands and/or feet. Bug armor is allowed on the arms and legs, but a trait will need to be added for the select species to include the armor on the body. This item also allows added "arms/legs" to the body as long as they are insectoid. This maxes out at 8 limbs in total. Any insectoid tail can be added.

Description:
A horseshoe infused with a strange blue energy. If this shoe has been touched by one of the specified species they will be afflicted with a transformation that will change their anatomy. They will find themselves enhanced with two more legs and the anatomy of a mythological being. Upon touching this item, the user has until the next dawn to destroy the shoe before the change takes effect. Only applies to one character then vanishes.

Allows a character to have a centaur body. This body should follow common centaur anatomy. Feet can either be hooved, or the specific species' hands/feet or a mix. This does not apply to their top half/arms. The tail can follow normal species tail rules. 
This form may be 2-4Ft taller than its original form.

Summary:
Touching this odd item can cause a strange growth on the user's body. This causes scales to grow on the skin or on traits that can ignite on fire at will (Fire can be any colour or change colours with mood). Scales are included in this trait but should still follow normal scale trait rules (Not venturing into insect armour or mineral growth etc). The skin around these scales can become scorched over time. Scales can appear like stones or coal.

Description:
Allows an Aphex a mouth on their face where a typical mouth will fall. The lip shape relies on snout traits (Like vampire/croc). Teeth can be any style. Aphex will have a tongue that shares the appearance of a long human tongue.
